PERSONALISED PRODUCTS Bespoke items will be priced individually and a confirmation
email sent to you. Before processing your order please double check that you are
happy with the details and have correctly spelt all personalised information. Personalised
items can only be returned if they are faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf.
AVAILABILITY All efforts will be made to keep this web site up to date. However,
occasionally items or particular fabrics may no longer be available. Should this
situation arise you will be offered a similar product or a full refund.
UK DELIVERY Under £15: £1.50 £15.01 - £39.99: £3.95 Over £40: FREE
All orders over £40 come with free postage and packing to the UK and are sent either
by Royal Mail or by courier. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. However,
as all items are made to order please allow 21 days for delivery. If you require
an item sooner, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you. Guaranteed
Next Day delivery will be charged individually.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY This is available for some items. Please email me your order
and I will let you know if the item can be sent and how much it will cost.
GIFT WRAPPING For £3.95 Items are wrapped with tissue paper, ribbon and a label
for your special message, in a white gift box.
PAYMENT We ask for full payment before dispatch.
RETURNS In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email
as soon as possible. Return faulty items within 31 days and we will refund or replace
the product. Items should be returned to the company address in their original packaging
and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible
for goods that fail to reach us. We are not responsible for return postage unless
your order is faulty, or not as described. Only upon receipt of such an item can
the refund be given. We can only accept returns on products that are not personalised,
and will be happy to give a full refund if your un-personalised product is not to
your satisfaction. Owing to the nature of the personalised items, we regret that
once you receive an email from us to confirm we have received your order, we cannot
issue a refund. Changes can be made, but may incur additional costs. Please note
that as each product is uniquely handmade and designed to order, it may vary slightly
from the image shown.
